The evaluation result of Dongfang Boiler is: “The 150mm 13MnNiMoR steel plate produced by Nanyang Hanye Special Steel meets the requirements of GB/T 713 for boiler and pressure vessel steel plate and Dongfang Boiler Enterprise Standard DG1806, and can be used for steam drum container manufacturing.”

In order to meet the various special technical needs of customers, it undoubtedly adds technical difficulties to ensuring good strength and toughness after thermal cycling. According to Dongfang Boiler, the 13MnNiMoR produced by a well-known domestic steel company has unstable impact toughness according to the simplified thermal cycling process. For this reason, Han Metallurgical Steel Research Institute has collected a large number of domestic and foreign technical data, compared with international advanced and mature steel companies, organized more than dozens of heat treatment simulation tests, and carried out comparative technical analysis and summary around the clock to optimize the best thermal cycle process. , Through unremitting efforts, finally meet the various special technical needs of Dongfang Boiler.
It is reported that 145mm is the current limit thickness of the plates used in the domestic pressure vessel steam drum industry, and it is a bright pearl product in the boiler vessel steam drum industry.
