Flame & Plasma Cutting
CNC flame and plasma straight cutting. Max cutting thickness up to 300mm. Max plate size: 15000mm(L) × 9500mm(W). Tolerance ±1mm.
Plate Shearing
QC11Y/QC12K hydraulic shearing machines. Max width 3200mm, thickness up to 40mm. Clean straight-line cuts with minimal deformation.
Plate Bending
WC67K/WC67Y CNC hydraulic bending machines. Bending force up to 1000 tons, max length 12m. V-bending, hemming, custom profiles.
Press & Forging
Four-column hydraulic press series, up to 1000 tons. For stamping, forging, flange manufacturing, and heavy-duty forming.
Welding & Fabrication
Automatic submerged arc welding, argon arc welding, manual arc welding. H-beam welding production lines, box-column welding. Certified to international standards.
CNC Machining
3×8m CNC milling machines, 5m vertical lathes, large CNC floor boring machines. Precision drilling, tapping, and milling.
