Creusabro 8000 grade  is an improved wear-resistant steel with a hardness of 430-550 HB, thickness from 5 mm to 60 mm, width from 1500 mm to 3500 mm. The main characteristics of grade 8000: high impact toughness, wear resistance, hardness and machinability. Such characteristics are achieved due to chromium and molybdenum in the chemical composition of the steel, as well as heat treatment with quenching in oil.

The use of grade 8000 steel will increase the service life by 50% compared to similar steel with a hardness of 500 HB after quenching in water.

Main application: mining industry, cement production, manufacturing of special machinery and individual parts for excavators and crushers;
